Through private personal training, STOTT PILATES is
customizable to suit your specific needs. With STOTT
PILATES, you can expect to increase flexibility, mobility,
balance and body awareness, with a decrease in back
pain and other unexplained muscle aches. If you do 2
or 3 classes week, you should see definite results in
as little as a month. This varies; of course, on the
body type you have, the amount of classes you do, whether
you participate in other physical activities and if
you have any existing injuries. But if you commit yourself
to a consistent workout schedule, you will see results.
