A word from the Studio….please note that Barb worked on a balance of Strength Training, Pilates Core Training and Cardio in order to lean up. Even with her small fame her body fat dropped by 3.2% along with an overall 15 Inches Lost. She missed winning by .6% and 9 pounds. As Barb’s Sole Personal Trainer, I am happy to report that Barb is now 99% Injury Free of Sciatica and SI Joint Instability.

A word from the Studio….please note that Charlene is among a few who has lost a tremendous amount of inches, as you can see in her Before and After Photo’s. Her greatest inch loss occurred throughout her Abdomen and Hips, which totaled to more than 10 inches! You see ladies…you don’t have to lose large amounts of weight to reduce body size, if you are on the proper Cardio, Strength and Core Training Program! Over the next weeks to come, weight will begin to follow Charlene’s 21 Inch Loss.
